Solid Wire Electrode BA-WIRE 347 for Submerged Arc Welding

Classification:
EN ISO 14343-A: S 19 9 Nb
SFA 5.9 / AWS A5.9: ER347

Main Application

BA-WIRE 347 is a submerged arc welding wire intended for welding 18Cr/10Ni stabilized with Ti or Nb austenitic stainless steels, grades 321 and 347. Also suitable for the welding of similar unstabilized grades 304 or 304L. BA-WIRE 347 has high resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Suitable flux: WP 380

Flux type suitability is strongly dependent on its application. In combination with the wire electrode the most suitable flux should match the requirements of the plate material as closely as possible under the existing welding conditions. Further information can be obtained from the technical flux data sheets.
