Solid Wire Electrode BA-MIG 625 for MIG/MAG Welding

Classification:
EN ISO 18274: S Ni 6625
SFA 5.14: ERNiCrMo-3

Main Application

BA-MIG 625 is a Nickel base solid wire electrode for GMAW. Suitable for welding INCONEL alloy 625, INCOLOY alloy 825, INCOLOY alloy 25-6Mo, alloy 20, welding the clad side of joints in steel with nickel-chromium molybdenum alloys, cladding steel with nickel-chromium molybdenum weld metal, surfacing of mild steel and for dissimilar welding’s of stainless steels to nickel alloys and carbon steels. The weld metal is high resistant to stress corrosion cracking and pitting. BA-MIG 625 is recommended for applications with operating temperature from cryogenic to +540 °C. In S-free atmosphere can be used up to +1200°C. Not recommended to use in the temperature range +600 - 850°C due to weld metal embrittlement.
